Generally our delivery time is 48 hours from receipt of order.
We are happy to provide a credit for incorrectly purchased items that are returned in as new, unopened condition.
For faulty items you will first need to contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details of the fault and they can then work with you to help resolve the issue. If the unit is confirmed as a hardware faulty then we will provide a replacement item.
Simply tick the box that says deliver to different address and enter the delivery address.
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email directly from the courier with your tracking number so you can track your parcel directly.
In the first instance please email email@example.com with details of your request and we can get the appropriate department to contact you to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Email us with details of your order reference and details of the new address. Please ensure that you do this as soon as possible. If your order has already been collected by the courier a change of address will delay your delivery by 24 hours.
